In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the rr666 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the conditions listed below:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. rr666 strictly enforces a 21+ policy in line with responsible gaming best practices applicable to the Indonesia market. Providing a false date of birth to circumvent this requirement constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law is not permitted. It is your responsibility to determine whether use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated or under court-ordered guardianship may not register.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one active rr666 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either voluntarily placed through rr666 or mandated by any applicable regulatory body.
• Not a rr666 Employee: Current employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of rr666 and its affiliated service providers are not eligible to hold a Member account.

To access the Services, you must complete the rr666 registration process. All information submitted during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate account termination.

• Registration Information: You will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile number. This information must match the identity documents submitted during KYC verification.
• KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, rr666 will require you to complete identity verification by submitting a government-issued photo ID (KTP, SIM, or passport) and, where applicable, proof of address and payment method ownership. rr666 may request additional documentation at its sole discretion.
• Account Currency: All rr666 accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed and displayed in Rp.
• Account Maintenance: You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Changes to your registered email, mobile number, or bank account details must be submitted to the rr666 support team with supporting documentation.
• Dormant Accounts: An account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. rr666 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administrative fee or close dormant accounts after providing reasonable advance notice to the registered email address.

rr666 supports a range of local Indonesian payment methods. All financial transactions are processed in IDR. The Platform does not charge internal transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own processing charges.

Accepted Deposit Methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit is Rp 10.000. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is approved. Minimum withdrawal is Rp 50.000.

• Processing Times: Bank transfers are typically processed within 1–3 banking hours during WIB business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB). E-wallet withdrawals via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are generally processed within 15–60 minutes.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Member's account cashier. rr666 may apply enhanced due diligence procedures for withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds.
• Source of Funds: rr666 reserves the right to request evidence of the legitimate source of funds deposited to the Platform. Members must not deposit funds derived from illegal activities.
• Reversal Policy: Deposits that have already been credited to a Member's balance may not be reversed. If you believe a transaction has been processed in error, contact rr666 support immediately at [email protected].
• Declined Transactions: rr666 may decline or suspend a transaction at its discretion if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. The Member will be notified where permitted by law.

rr666 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this clause.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering (turnover) requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly at the time each bonus is offered and must be accepted before the bonus is credited.
• Opt-In Requirement: Bonuses are not automatically credited. Members must actively opt in to each promotion via the designated promotion page or by contacting support within the promotional period.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses will result in the forfeiture of any subsequently claimed bonus without notice.

• Abuse: rr666 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, or employing low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent.
• Seasonal Promotions: rr666 periodically offers promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events and public holidays — including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Imlek — as well as major sporting events such as BRI Liga 1 fixtures, AFF Cup matches, and the FIFA World Cup. These promotions are subject to individual terms published at the time of the promotion.

The following general rules govern all wagering activity on the rr666 Platform across all product verticals, including the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, blackjack, and togel lottery markets.

• Bet Finality: Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is binding and cannot be amended, cancelled, or voided by the Member except where expressly permitted by the specific product rules.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by product, market, and Member account tier.
• Sportsbook — Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be settled as a winner. Void or postponed events within a parlay are typically treated as non-runners and the parlay is re-calculated with the remaining selections. • Sportsbook — Voor Bola: Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets follow standard Asian handicap settlement rules. Handicap lines and push outcomes are governed by the rules published in the sportsbook product guide.

• Password Requirements: Your account password must meet rr666's minimum complexity requirements. You should use a unique password not shared with any other online service and update it regularly.
• Two-Factor Authentication: rr666 strongly recommends enabling 2FA on your account. Once enabled, any login attempt from an unrecognized device will require a one-time passcode delivered via authenticator app or SMS to your registered Indonesian mobile number.

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information.

All content on the rr666 Platform — including but not limited to the rr666 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, and game interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of rr666 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without rr666's prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of rr666 intellectual property will be subject to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rr666 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express or implied — relating to the Platform and the Services. Specifically:

• rr666 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• rr666's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Member to their rr666 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• rr666 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to a Member's account where the Member has failed to maintain adequate security practices, including but not limited to using a weak password or failing to report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
• Force majeure events — including natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, and acts of war — that prevent rr666 from fulfilling its obligations under these Terms will not constitute a breach by rr666.

rr666 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

rr666 implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect Member data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any dispute shall govern that dispute.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes and claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rr666 is licensed and regulated internationally.

rr666 operates as a Trusted and Secure Platform, Licensed and Regulated Internationally. While rr666 serves members resident in Indonesia, the Platform's operations are governed by the laws of its licensing jurisdiction. Indonesian residents acknowledge that they access the Platform voluntarily and at their own risk, and that it is their personal responsibility to determine whether such access is lawful under applicable local regulations.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through rr666's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body as determined by rr666's licensing authority. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
